SCHEDULING & PUNCTUALITY

Please arrive for your appointment on your scheduled appointment time, because unfortunately, late arrivals may not receive their service. If you are 7 minutes late you must reschedule your appointment. (EX: Your appointment is at 11:30am you enter the studio at 11:37am, you must reschedule your appointment.)
CANCELLATION POLICY

Please communicate any cancellations in advance. (we understand things happen, as a courtesy please contact us.)

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you can at your convenience with our open availability at the bottom of your confirmation email before your appointment time. (You will have to call to reschedule or cancel after your appointment time has passed)
If you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment the deposit paid will go towards your rescheduled appointment.
Reschedule Policy:
You are allowed 3 reschedules from your original appointment date. After you have rescheduled your appointment 3 times it will be canceled and you will have to pay another deposit.
30 Day Deposit Policy:
You are allowed 30 days to use your deposit or amount paid towards a service if you have to cancel or reschedule your appointment. No-Shows are excluded from this policy.

No Show Policy:
If you NO SHOW the day of your appointment, the deposit or amount paid is non-refundable and you will have to make another deposit to be serviced. If you do not make contact by the end of our work day your appointment will be marked as a NO SHOW.
Refund Policy:
NO REFUNDS. However, you will have 30 days to use your deposit or amount paid towards a service if you have to cancel or reschedule. (EX: Your booked appointment was set for 5/19/2024 your deposit is good until 6/19/2024)

PBK values and respects your appointment and your time. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. As a courtesy to our other clients, please notify us in advance, if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Clients that no-show will have to book another appointment and repay the deposit fee to be serviced.
You can now cancel or reschedule your appointments through your confirmation email at your own convenience.
CONFIRMATIONS VIA EMAIL
As a courtesy, we will send an email to confirm your appointment immediately after booking. A reminder will also be sent via email or text 1-2 business days prior to your appointment date. Please ensure that we have your current email address and phone number on file. It remains your responsibility to remember your appointment date and time to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and cancellation fees.
PAYMENT TYPES
We accept Cash, All Major Debit and Credit Cards, Apple Pay, Tap Pay, Health savings cards, PayPal (for our online store), and Cash App payments. No personal checks are accepted.
CHILDREN / EXTRA GUESTS
Our space is a quiet, unsupervised environment that is not appropriate for children and is a potential liability risk. Children that are not able to sit without being looked upon are not allowed. If you are 15 and under then a parent or guardian may accompany you.
DISCOUNTS
Discounts and loyalty rewards cannot be combined. Loyalty rewards can be used for services only not retail products. Extra money left over from loyalty balance can not be used for employee tips.
RETAIL PRODUCTS
There are no refunds or exchanges on any retail products. All sales are final. No refunds on services.
